Welcome to A Load of BS!
It’s been an ambition of mine to produce and publish on behavioural science for a long time and I’ve finally got around to it. I really hope you enjoy it!
Here you will find both my podcasts (weekly on Thursdays) and articles (bi-weekly on Mondays).
Please subscribe here now so you get it all straight into your inbox.
What is A Load of BS?
A Load of BS: The Behavioural Science Podcast is the place to come for very human stories. Put simply, its raison d’être is to try to explain why we do the things we do.
In conversation with thinkers, leaders and writers from all fields, we will shine light on the peculiarity, uncertainty and complexity of our existence, and give context and comfort to our associated anxieties and fears. And we'll do this in an entertaining, accessible and educational way. Come and join the community!
My Monday newsletter
As an accompaniment to these podcasts, and available right here too, I publish a short, sharp biweekly Monday morning newsletter, Monday BS: Behavioural Science Curios, in which I share behavioural science ideas, thoughts or provocations which have intrigued me over the course of the last week; sometimes vignettes from my podcasts which I want to shine extra light on, other times ideas from my reading which I want to share.
My goal is the same; trying to understand and explain why we do the things that we do!
If you haven’t already, you might like to subscribe to it, either as a source of additional stimulation or if you don’t have the time to consume the podcasts.
